Dental SEO focused on the treatments that drive revenue
Years ranking clinics
From neighborhood family practices to groups with multiple locations. We know the ins and outs of private dentistry.
Treatments with their own page
Implants, clear aligners, whitening, periodontics, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry and pediatric dentistry. Each with its own searches and its own conversion path.
Patients search nearby
Most dentist searches have a location behind them, explicit or implied. If you don't show up on the map and in the top positions for your area, you don't make the shortlist.
Lock-in contracts
We work month to month. We ask for some runway because SEO takes time, but there's no contract tying you down and no penalty for leaving.
Why choose us for your dental clinic’s SEO?
Private dentistry is one of the most competitive sectors out there: every city has dozens of clinics fighting over the same searches, many with big budgets. You don’t stand out by publishing more, but by specializing by treatment and area, which is where there’s still room.
Treatment-specific content
Separate pages for implants, clear aligners, whitening, periodontics, endodontics and cosmetic dentistry. Each treatment has its own searches, its own case value and its own decision timeline. One excellent page per treatment outperforms a generic page that doesn't rank for anything.
Active review management
In dentistry, reviews decide whether patients call more than your Google ranking does. We set up a post-treatment review request system, respond to negative reviews professionally without revealing any patient data, and monitor the platforms where people look you up.
Practitioner authority
On health topics, Google requires proof of real expertise, which means your dentists need to exist on your website: education, specialty, license number and career history, with structured data for each of them.
We know healthcare advertising
Healthcare advertising has limits most generalist agencies don't know about: promised outcomes, patient testimonials and before-and-after images are all restricted. We flag what should be reviewed before it goes live.
How we handle your clinic’s SEO
We adapt the process to the realities of dentistry: intense local competition, regulated advertising, the huge weight of reviews and very different returns depending on the treatment.
Industry audit
Analysis of the clinics competing with you within your real catchment area, a technical review of your website, the state of your Google profile, current reviews on the platforms where people look you up, and a review of your published content against healthcare advertising regulations.
Structure by treatment
A page for every treatment you offer, with its own structured data and content. The searches of a patient looking for implants are nothing like those of someone looking for orthodontics, and the content shouldn't be either.
Local visibility
A complete Google Business Profile with accurate hours, original photos, regular posts, treatments and FAQs. Presence in the healthcare directories where patients look for you, plus structured data for the clinic and its practitioners.
Reviews and content
A post-treatment review request system that complies with data protection regulations, fast and professional responses to negative reviews, and content that answers the questions patients have before booking.
SEO services for dental clinics
We cover the specifics of private dentistry: treatments, regulated advertising, the weight of reviews and local patient acquisition.
Intensive local SEO
In-depth Google Business Profile work: hours, original photos, posts, treatments and FAQs. Clinic structured data and presence in the healthcare directories where patients look for you.
Treatment pages
Implants, clear aligners, whitening, periodontics, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry and pediatric dentistry. Each treatment with its own optimized page, structured data and FAQs.
Review system
A post-treatment review request flow that complies with data protection regulations, professional responses to negative reviews without revealing patient information, and monitoring of the platforms where you're rated.
Content that answers questions
Articles that answer what patients search for before making a decision: the difference between types of implants, how long clear aligner treatment takes, or at what age a child should have their first checkup.
Practitioner profiles
Structured data for every dentist on the team, with education, specialty, license number, languages and years of experience. In healthcare, the demonstrable authority of the people matters as much as the clinic's.
Healthcare advertising review
We go through your published content and flag anything that may clash with healthcare advertising regulations: promised outcomes, testimonials and before-and-after images. We mark it so you can check it with your advisor.

Frequently asked questions about SEO for dentists
What is SEO for dentists and how is it different from regular SEO?
It's the same core work with three constraints specific to the industry. First, almost all searches are local: patients want a clinic near home or work, so your Google profile and reviews matter as much as your website. Second, healthcare advertising is regulated, and there are things you can't say or show. And third, on health topics Google requires you to show who's behind the information, which makes dentist profiles part of the SEO work rather than decoration.
Why one page per treatment instead of a single services page?
Because someone looking for implants and someone looking for clear aligners aren't the same patient, don't have the same case value and don't take the same time to decide. A generic treatments page competes poorly against clinics with a dedicated page for each one, and it also makes it impossible to measure which treatment is actually bringing you patients. Splitting them out is usually the change that shows results fastest on a dental website.
How long does it take for SEO to make a difference for my clinic?
Local map visibility usually moves between the third and sixth month, as long as your Google profile starts in reasonable shape. For competitive searches in big cities, nine to fifteen months to reach the top positions. In mid-sized cities the timeline is considerably shorter because fewer clinics are investing seriously.
How do you handle negative reviews?
First, we analyze it. If it's a legitimate complaint from a real patient, we respond professionally without revealing any health information (data protection law prohibits it), acknowledging whatever needs to be acknowledged and offering to continue the conversation privately. If it's fake or defamatory, we help you report it to the platform. What we don't do is ask for legitimate reviews to be removed: besides not working, a profile with nothing but five-star reviews breeds distrust.
Are there limits on what I can publish about treatments?
Yes. Healthcare advertising is subject to national and regional regulations, and there are well-known restrictions on promising results, using patient testimonials or publishing before-and-after images. We review your content against that framework and flag what should be adjusted or checked, but legal advice is your advisor's job: our role is to make sure you don't find out about a problem after it's already published.
Do I need my own photos and videos?
They help a lot, especially real photos of the clinic, the team and the facilities. In an industry where patients are looking for trust, stock images are obvious and count against you. Videos work very well for conversion, always with the proper consent when patients appear. If you don't want to invest in production just yet, we start with what you have and improve it in phases.
Do you only work with large clinics?
No. We work with everything from single-dentist family practices to groups with multiple locations, and the scope adapts to the size. A neighborhood clinic with one dentist can have very strong local visibility without a big investment, precisely because its real competition is its neighborhood, not the whole city.
Just SEO, or Google Ads too?
Both, and in dentistry we almost always recommend combining them. SEO builds long-term authority but takes time, while Google Ads brings in patients from day one. For high-value treatments like implants or clear aligners the cost per click is high, but the value of a single new patient more than justifies it. For a new clinic with no authority yet, it's usually the only way to get appointments coming in from month one.
Do you work with clinics all over Spain?
Yes. We work with clinics in Madrid, Valencia, Seville, Bilbao and other cities, as well as Catalonia. Local SEO works the same way in any Spanish city, adjusted for the competition in each market. Day-to-day work is remote, and when we need to meet in person, we come to you.
Do you require a lock-in contract?
There's no lock-in contract and no penalty for leaving. What we do ask for is runway, because SEO doesn't deliver serious results in two months and judging it sooner isn't fair to you or to us. If you decide to stop, we hand over all documentation, access and completed work so your next agency can pick up without starting from scratch.
What do the monthly reports include?
Rankings by treatment and area, map visibility, organic traffic and how it's trending, calls and form submissions when tracking is in place, new reviews and the work done during the month. Also whatever didn't go as expected and what we're going to change because of it.
