WordPress is the most attacked platform in the world
Of websites run on WordPress
That makes it the number one target for bots, automated scanners, and opportunistic attackers. New vulnerabilities appear every hour.
Years maintaining WordPress
Corporate sites, high-traffic blogs, membership sites, and WooCommerce. We know which plugins fail and which ones hold up.
Active monitoring
Uptime checks every minute from 3 geographic locations. Immediate alert if your WordPress site goes down.
Why does WordPress need professional maintenance?
A WordPress site without active maintenance is a ticking time bomb. It’s not theory: it’s pure statistics.
No automatic updates
Automatic updates are the leading cause of broken WordPress sites. We update on staging first, verify, then push to production. Immediate rollback if anything fails.
Real, active security
WAF blocking the OWASP top 10, mandatory admin 2FA, weekly malware scans, non-public wp-admin URL, XML-RPC blocking, HTTP security headers. Not just plugins.
Truly verified backups
Daily, encrypted, with redundant storage. Every week we restore them in an isolated sandbox to confirm they work. A backup that's never tested is usually broken when you need it.
How we work every month
Structured, predictable WordPress maintenance. No surprises, no invoices with asterisks.
Monitoring
Uptime every minute, daily PHP errors, weekly WAF logs, blocked attacks.
Updates
Core, plugins, theme, and PHP on staging first. Every change documented and tested.
Backups
Daily and encrypted, with weekly verification through an actual restore. Retention tailored to your volume.
Reporting
Monthly report with uptime, patched vulnerabilities, blocked attacks, and recommendations.
What our WordPress maintenance includes
Everything your WordPress site needs to stay secure, fast, and up and running.
Controlled updates
Core, plugins, theme, and PHP. Never automatic. Always staging first, then verification, then production. Every change documented.
Verified daily backups
Full (files + database), encrypted, with redundant storage. Weekly verification through an actual restore in an isolated sandbox.
Hardened WordPress security
Active WAF, mandatory admin 2FA, hidden wp-admin URL, weekly malware scans, XML-RPC blocking, HTTP security headers, login rate limiting.
24/7 monitoring
Uptime checks every minute from 3 geographic locations. Immediate alerts via SMS, email, and Telegram if your WordPress site goes down or has issues.

Frequently asked questions about WordPress maintenance
Why don't you update WordPress automatically?
Because automatic updates break sites. WordPress core usually updates fine, but an updated plugin can be incompatible with the theme or another plugin and break the site. The right way is: update on staging, verify it works, then push to production. Nobody does this automatically; we do, every week.
Do you maintain WooCommerce too?
Yes. WooCommerce has its own particularities: a checkout that can never fail, order queries that require specific indexes, sync with payment gateways. Our WooCommerce plan actively monitors all of this and prioritizes that criticality.
What if you didn't build my WordPress site?
No problem. We audit your current site: plugin status, theme, database, security, performance. We tell you what can be maintained as is and what needs fixing before we can guarantee anything. Some sites come with so many accumulated problems that it's worth refactoring first — we'll tell you honestly.
Do I have to migrate to a specific hosting provider?
No. We work with whatever hosting you already have. In the initial audit we analyze whether it's right for your volume and requirements. If it isn't, we recommend the option that best fits your case: shared hosting, VPS, dedicated, cloud, in-house servers, or any specific infrastructure you already have running. If you'd like us to manage your hosting too, we include it.
Do I lose the monthly hours I don't use?
They roll over to the next month, up to a cap. If you use none in March, you have double in April. Beyond the cap, they expire. It's a way to give you some leeway without hours piling up indefinitely, which would no longer be a monthly service.
What happens if I get hacked while I'm with you?
If an active WAF and monitoring were in place before the incident: restoring from a clean backup, identifying the entry vector, patching the vulnerability, and hardening security are all included at no extra cost. It's part of the service.
How do I cancel if I want to switch providers?
Monthly payment, 30 days' notice, no lock-in contract. When you cancel, we hand over all access, backups, configuration documentation, and credentials so any other agency can pick up where we left off.
How much does maintenance cost?
It depends on the type of site (corporate, blog, WooCommerce, multisite, membership), traffic volume, number of active plugins, and how critical it is to your business. After the free initial audit we give you a tailored quote, not a generic price list.
